3. One month’s free cleaning consists of a maximum of four visits; length of each visit will be determined by the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the property. Prizes are available to new customers only. Appointments are required and subject to availability; online booking and confirmation call required at least 72 hours before visit. Clients must provide a vacuum, mop and bucket. £2.50 surcharge applicable if own cleaning products are not provided. No deep cleans, end of tenancy or commercial cleans. Deep stains, colour fading and general wear stains may not be removable. Housekeep reserve the right to cancel the booking if the home is excessively dirty. Payment card required to request booking; cards will not be charged unless additional hours or bookings are added. £10 charge applied for cancellations and rescheduling within 48 hours; voucher subject to forfeiture. 4. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for incomplete, delayed, corrupted entries or those wrongly delivered or not received for whatsoever reason
5. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered
6. The winner will selected in a random draw conducted under independent supervision within 3 days of the closing date and from all valid entries received. The winner will be notified by email on the day of the draw
7. Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into
8. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary
