- Entries to the prize draw will only be accepted between 30 November and 2 January inclusive. The winner will selected in a random draw conducted under independent supervision within 10 days of the closing date and from all valid entries received. The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the draw. Proof of identity may be required. The promoter will have the right to disclose the name of the winner and their city/town of residence.
- The winner of the prize will be selected at random by independent judges. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence shall be entered into.

- The Prize will only be delivered to addresses within the UK.
- Entry implies acceptance of these rules as final and binding. Entries which are not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified.
- The promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the need arise. The payment of all costs and expenses involved in claiming a Prize are the responsibility of the winner. Any and all applicable taxes or duties in relation to the Prize are the responsibility of the winner
- The Prize should be claimed by the relevant winner within three months of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted or the Prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. An unclaimed Prize may not be awarded. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- Any omission to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right or remedy under these rules shall not constitute a waiver by the promoter of that, or any other, right or remedy.
- The promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify this promotion at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
- By entering into this prize competition, the participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the promoter and its affiliates and their promotional partners (including each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents) from and against any liabilities, losses, damages, rights, claims or other causes of action of any kind arising (in whole or in part), directly or indirectly, out of participation in the prize competition or resulting, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize awarded in connection with the prize competition (including, without limitation, personal injury or death). For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in the preceding sentence is intended to exclude or limit the promoter’s liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by the promoter’s negligence.
