1. Prize draw open to UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees and the immediate families of Forward, REAP or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw
2. To enter, email fabric.magazine@forwardww.com stating ‘Afternoon Tea’ in the subject line and including your name and address before 31 May 2015
3. The prize comprises of Men’s Afternoon Tea with a pint of Guinness for two people. Prize is valid from 8 and 20 June, between 12-6pm. Reservation required and subject to availability (email Julia Lindquist for bookings)
4. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for incomplete, delayed, corrupted entries or those wrongly delivered or not received for whatsoever reason
5. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered
6. The winner will selected in a random draw conducted under independent supervision within 3 days of the closing date and from all valid entries received. The winner will be notified by email on the day of the draw
7. Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into
8. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary
