On Monday 21st July, Claridge’s will play host to an intimate supper like no other as part of its coveted Kitchen Supper Series, and in residence for one night only is Hrishi Desai, Chef Patron of Cedar Tree at Farlam Hall.

In partnership with The Good Food Guide, this exclusive evening brings Desai’s signature fusion of classical French technique and vibrant Indian flavour to a private table of just 14 guests. Tickets are £295 per person, and include a bespoke multi-course tasting menu served in the heart of Claridge’s culinary HQ, a rare and highly personal opportunity for food lovers to experience Desai’s artistry up close.

Expect the unexpected: from a theatrical bread course featuring laminated brioche and a chilli-shaped butter, served with warmly spiced pav bhaji (a favourite Desai cooks with his mother), to Cornish scallop ceviche with orange and ginger chilli, and a show-stopping Highland Wagyu Picanha with rich Chettinad gravy. It’s a showcase of the finesse, flavour, and family-inflected creativity that has made Farlam Hall one of the UK’s most talked-about fine dining destinations.

With accolades including Roux Scholar, National Chef of the Year, and a spot in the finals of MasterChef: The Professionals, Desai’s move from Cumbria to Mayfair for one night only is truly one to mark in your diary.
