If you’ve spent the last week fully immersed in all things LFW, and are currently shopping ‘til you’re dropping at the unmissible London Fashion Weekend
, you might want to cast your eyes on this. As part of their collaboration with the ever popular event, Textile Federation
have announced the winners of their London Perspectives
competition, in which entrants were asked to come up with a digital T-shirt design that captures the creative cultural hub of our beloved Capital, taking in music, architecture and of course, fashion.
Selected by Caroline Rush, chief executive of the British Fashion Council and Nathalie Riddle, stylist and BFC consumer advisor, the winning tees come from the very talented hands of Nilyma Khan and Penny Hayhurst. Nilyma’s design depicts the candy coloured terraces of Portobello Road, while Penny’s pays homage to London’s boldest landmarks.
Take note, these winning designs are the height of exclusive, but luckily for us, they’re available to purchase at the event. If you’re there, don’t forget to pick one up.
