My expertise and knowledge of St. John’s Wood and Maida Vale are a great benefit to my clients when searching for their next home – I strive to ensure the whole renting process is made not only as simple as possible, but also completely stress free. The satisfaction I get from receiving 5-star Google reviews has become something of an office joke, but now more than ever before, reviews and social media recommendations are valuable tools when it comes to persuading clients to put their trust in you. I am proud to be part of a lettings team that has just been named Letting Agent of the Year NW8 at the coveted British Property Awards 2022.
One of my favourite things about my job is being in and out of the office and meeting international clients, new and old, matching them to their dream rental property –whether that might be a one-bedroom apartment or large family house.
I love working in St. John’s Wood as it offers a sense of village living with its bustling boutique high street, and beautiful wide, leafy streets lined with handsome period houses.
One of my favourite roads is Hamilton Terrace, which is home to a variety of grand detached and semi-detached houses and stylish period conversions, most still boasting original features.
Away from work my family is everything to me – my wife, two children and two dogs. I have a passion for football and manage my son’s U12 football team, Wingate & Finchley FC, which provides me with much fulfilment and enjoyment. The demand for rental properties in the area is still very strong, we have been seeing a shortage of stock since the middle of last year, and this remains the case.
The rental market has enjoyed an extremely busy start to 2023, seeing corporate clients still looking to move to St. John’s Wood and Maida Vale. Alongside our Corporate Services Desk, we work with many large corporate firms relocating staff to London and the level of current searches is up, triggering a very positive outlook.
