If Easter for you means chocolate in its most luxurious form, then clear your April calendar.
Novikov, the iconic Mayfair dining spot known for its glamour and international flair, has teamed up with Belgian chocolatier extraordinaire Pierre Marcolini for an indulgent seasonal takeover — and it’s nothing short of exquisite.
Running from 12th to 21st April, this Easter collaboration marks a celebration of Marcolini’s 30th anniversary and his much-anticipated 2025 ‘Marbled’ collection. Expect Novikov’s signature sense of theatre: a dazzling pop-up installation complete with a showstopping Grand Oeuf centrepiece, a curated gift store stocked with Marcolini’s limited-edition Easter eggs, and a menu that reads like a love letter to chocolate.
The highlight? A dessert dreamt up by Novikov’s Pastry Chef Roberto Guzzi, inspired by his grandmother’s soft-boiled egg — but reimagined with golden chocolate, coconut mousse, and caramelised shortbread. Rich, nostalgic, and just the right side of whimsical. Pair it with bartender Maurizio Graverini’s decadent Praliné cocktail, a silky blend of cognac, dark chocolate, amaretto, and sherry, and you’ve got a moment worth savouring.
Marcolini’s bean-to-bar ethos underpins the whole affair — his cocoa sourced sustainably from São Tomé, Ecuador and beyond, roasted in Brussels to coax out each unique note. And if you’re still searching for the perfect Easter gift? The in-house shop has you covered, from adorable bite-sized eggs (£12.90) to the opulent Grand Oeuf (£159.00), complete with drawers of pralines and miniature chocolate animals.
This is Easter turned up to eleven — a deliciously curated experience of flavour, elegance, and craftsmanship, all under one Mayfair roof.
