Hotel and restaurant, Bingham Riverside, has an enchanting verdant English garden, nestled on the banks of the Thames in Richmond, providing an idyllic oasis. Accessed via the river’s towpath or the hotel’s main entrance, it’s dog-friendly too, so the whole family can enjoy the picturesque setting.
Dishes on the new menu range from refreshing salads such as Summer Melon & Prosciutto to mains of Fresh Brixham Market fish or Corn Wild Garlic & Herb Gnocchi, but make sure to save some room for tasty desserts such as Summer Blueberry with Rhubarb Ice Cream.
There is also a picturesque terrace where guests can sip on handcrafted cocktails such as a refreshing gin and cucumber number, or the brilliantly named bourbon mix, Wild Woman, or choose wine from the curated list, expertly paired with the summer menu.
