Axia takes the millennia-old rules of Mastiha-making, and brings them into our modern times. Twice distilled from the aromatic resin of the Mastiha tree, a gnarled and twisted evergreen found on the hillsides of the Aegean island Chios in Greece, Axia is a new-to world, premium, extra dry Aegean spirit.

Here are three of our favourite summer drinks, created Axia-style:

AEGEAN PALOMA Where bittersweet grapefruit meets Axia Spirit, capturing the essence of an Aegean summer in every sip. Ingredients 50ml Axia 150ml Pink Grapefruit soda  Instructions Pour Axia over ice, top with grapefruit soda, garnish with salt rim and grapefruit slice.
AXIA TONIC A sublime fusion of Axia Spirit and Mediterranean Tonic. This vibrant blend captures the breezy spirit of the Mediterranean delivering a refreshing kick. Ingredients 50ml Axia 150ml Mediterranean style Tonic Instructions Pour Axia over ice, top with tonic, garnish with cucumber and basil    
MEDITERRANEAN NEGRONI Savor the essence of the Mediterranean with a reinvented Negroni — where ancient tradition meets modern spirit.  Ingredients 30ml Axia 30ml Sweet Vermouth 30ml Campari Instructions Stir ingredients with ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass, garnish with orange and lemon zest.
