Deck The Halls
Until 31 December, Pergola Paddington

Pergola Paddington transforms into a veritable winter wonderland this month, complete with a frosty forest, alpine décor, and even a life-sized Polar Express train. Special events at the W2 venue include Christmas anthem singalongs, candlelit gospel choir performances, seasonal bottomless brunches, and festive movie screenings. Snuggle up!

Edward Scissorhands
5 December- 20 January 2024, Sadler’s Wells

Returning to the London stage for the first time in nine years is Matthew Bourne’s retelling of the classic Tim Burton movie. The renowned choreographer describes Edward Scissorhands as “the ultimate outsider story”, with themes that resonate as much today as they did on the film’s original release back in 1990. Darkly magical, and not to be missed.

29 December-7 January 2024, Roundhouse

If seeing – and hearing – is believing, you’d better believe you’re in for a treat. Hailed as ‘hauntingly beautiful’, this ground-breaking production is the handiwork of mixed reality pioneers Tin Drum, and pays tribute to legendary artist and composer, the late Ryuichi Sakamoto. Marrying music, art, and cutting edge tech, expect to be transported, and transfixed.
