Nestled in the heart of Belgravia, The Hari’s Ruinart Champagne Summer Terrace has arrived, transforming the hotel’s indoor/outdoor terrace into a pretty secret garden, positively blooming with orchids, rose petals and flowering lily stems in varying tones of pink.

As well as being able to order a classic glass, or indeed bottle, of Ruinart Champagne (and make sure to try the exquisite rosé one) , there is a series of exclusive Champagne cocktails that promise to be some of London’s most sophisticated summer tipples. Under the verdant green living walls, guests will have the chance to sample coupes of Pomegranate Fizz featuring Malfy gin, pomegranate juice, syrup and a squeeze of lemon topped with Ruinart Rosé, as well as the fragrant Pomello Spritz which artfully combines R de Ruinart Brut, Pomello, St Germain Elderflower liqueur and soda water. Further highlights include Limoncello O’Clock curated with Limoncello, Cointreau and Ruinart Rosé, Hari Mail combining R de Ruinart Brut, Hari rum, lime juice and honey syrup, and the Negroni Sbagliato featuring R de Ruinart Brut.  For those who wish to go alcohol-free, the State of Mind mocktail offers a refreshing fusion of everleaf marine, lime and orange juice, topped with a magic foamer.

Meanwhile, a pairing menu of seasonal summer nibbles from il Pampero’s Italian kitchen will be available offering delicious sharing plates of traditional truffle arancini, heritage tomato bruschetta topped with creamy stracciatella and bite-sized smoked salmon blinis complemented with soured cream and chives. There are vegan options available too, and, for those with a sweet tooth, a dark chocolate gelato topped with a cookie and white chocolate glaze has to be indulged.
